DS4M Mediterráneo strengthens its commitment to smart cities at the Smart Cities Forum

On December 16, part of the DS4M Mediterráneo project team participated in the Smart Cities Forum, organized by the Valencia Young Entrepreneurs Association (AJEV), an event focused on the role of data, innovation, and digitalization in the development of smart cities.

During the event, Francisco Alonso, director of INTRAS, presented the DS4M Mediterráneo project, highlighting the importance of mobility Data Spaces as a strategic tool to advance towards smarter, more sustainable mobility based on collaboration between public and private actors.

The forum brought together prominent representatives from the institutional, business, and technological ecosystem, including Paz Navarro (AJEV), Ana Castellano (Fundación Repsol), and Juan Bueno (Movea Consulting), as well as leaders and experts such as Ernesto Faubel, Paco Gavilán, Antonio García, José Guillén Parra, Daniel Babío, Pablo Arjona, Isabel Ferrer, and Juan Manuel García.

Additionally, a dialogue focused on emissions reduction was held, featuring María Solís, Lola Sebastián, Francisco Alonso, Miguel Ángel Juan, and Daniel Nieto, moderated by Jaime Ruiz, where visions and solutions were shared to advance towards more sustainable cities. The session was closed by Paula Llobet, Councilor of the Valencia City Council.
